I see that you want to be a model, and that these photos are for stock use, but really...You should take poses that would really make good reference, like your newest one. Though, perhaps not so many with the confused face you tend to put on.
The others, well, they look more like something that would belong in a personal blog.
Well, full body poses for one are good, especially action poses and shots taken from different angles, such as a cowboy(mid-thigh up) or birds-eye view.
Wearing various costume pieces so that someone could see how they hang on the human body, or even really something as simple as various hairstyles is something to do.
Also hands. Hands tend to be something people have trouble drawing so hand gestures would be a good idea too.
